You must be 21 years of age or older, to purchase, order, or receive alcoholic beverages from Bayernmoor. Wine is shipped via FedEx and cannot be sent to a PO Box. All orders are shipped on Tuesdays, weather permitting. Federal law, as well as common carrier regulations, require an adult of at least 21 years of age to be present and sign for the delivery of any package containing wine. If this may present a problem we suggest shipping your order to a business address.
Wine is a perishable commodity. With the heat of summer and colder months of winter, ordered wine may be held at the winery until the weather is appropriate for shipping to protect your investment.
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory with the current vintage of that same wine. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. If you decide your purchase was not the right decision, you may return any unopened bottle of wine and Bayernmoor Cellars will refund the full price you paid (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please send an email to contact@bayernmoor.com to arrange for the return of unopened bottles or replacement of corked or flawed products.
Bayernmoor Cellars is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping, including wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions. To mitigate the possibility of weather-related damage we reserve the right to hold a shipment during extremes of hot and cold.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original wine was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
Bayernmoor Cellars reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
